Amarillo #Day16

Hot Air Ballooning didn't get cancelled!!! WHOOOO
It was supposed to thunderstorm in the morning so we were incredibly lucky.
Met in the lobby at 5:20am and loaded into the vans to head out to a field to set up.

We had 8 of us in our basket. For some reason I was more nervous for this, way more scared then I was for skydiving! As soon as we lifted off the ground it was fine, just felt like we were floating weightlessly.
Most amazing experience and bucket list moment.

We were up on the air for a whole hour and then landed on the side of a highway! (They literally just land wherever they can and the van and crew come pick us up!) we had a pretty smooth landing too :)
Saw a Coyote running across the road and had a quick snack and some Champagne for breakfast!

We got on the coach at 9:30am to make our way to Amarillo, Texas!
Our first stop along the way was in Sante Fe, an awesome town felt like we were in Mexico!

We had Mexican food for lunch of course:

Quick stop at this art piece that a group of guys did form San Franscico putting cars at the same angles as the Egyptian pyramid! Very random but we all got to spray paint them:

We arrived in Amarillo at about 7:30pm and quickly got into our Cowgirl gear to go to the steak house for dinner!
Our hotel rooms are themed, they look awesome:

All dressed up!

Towards the end of the night we learnt how to line dance!

A very long but crazy fun day!
