San Francisco #Day2

Our first full day in San Francisco! We had bagels for breakfast and walked around the streets admiring the beautiful buildings! Today was a nice sunny day at 17 degrees, not too warm for climbing all the hilly streets.
The hills are insane but worth it for the views:

We headed over to Fishermans Wharf where we enjoyed some famous Clam Chowder in Sourdough bread:

We then went on a 1 hour boat cruise which took us under the Golden Gate Bridge and past Alkatraz.

Our first glimpses of the mile long bridge:

Alkatraz was so interesting to see from the outside and hearing through our head sets interesting facts- 36 people attempted to escape the prison but only 3 succeeded and no one knows if they drowned or made it to the shoreline.

From here we went to Lombard Street, the windiest road you will ever see! Cars were lined up for ages just to drive down-

And of course the iconic trams:

Tomorrow we plan to bike across the bridge!
